Lou Serna

Lou Serna is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, nonprofit management, and youth education. Currently serving as a Soccer Coach at Lonestar Soccer Club, Lou focuses on developing fundamental soccer skills in youth while fostering personal growth. Previous roles include Director of Nonprofit Partnerships at VolunteerMatch, Programs Director and Community Engagement Manager at Keep Austin Beautiful, and Program Director of Campus Based Services at Communities In Schools of Central Texas. Lou co-founded and led Voluntology, providing strategic consulting and training for nonprofits and businesses. Educationally, Lou holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Policy Studies from DePaul University, an Associate of Arts in Teaching from Austin Community College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from St. Edward's University.
