Lane Irvine

Lane Irvine has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Lane started their career as a Network/Unix Administrator at ConocoPhillips in 1996 and worked there until 2001. From 2001 to 2005, Lane worked as a Pre-Sales Engineer at CompuCom. Lane then joined Long View Systems in 2005 and held various roles including Senior Network/Collaboration Engineer, Director of Network Services and Collaboration, and currently works as the Network Business Solutions Director.

Lane Irvine has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Haskayne School of Business, which they obtained between 2016 and 2018. They also completed a Business Essentials program at the same school from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, Lane earned a degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Calgary between 1992 and 1995, specializing in Information Technology. Additionally, Lane has obtained several certifications, including a Policy Governance Proficiency certification from Govern for Impact in 2021, a Cisco Business Value Practitioner certification from Cisco in 2015, and both a Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification from Cisco in 2006.
