Rob Poling has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Rob started their career at Bennigan's in 1992, where they held the position of District Manager/General Manager until 2004. Rob then joined Redrock Canyon Grill as the General Manager from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they joined Longhorn Steakhouse as a Restaurant Manager and later became the Managing Partner from 2011 to 2013. After that, they held the position of Director of Operations at Longhorn Steakhouse.
Rob Poling attended Linganore High School from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a high school diploma. Rob then went on to study Business Administration and Management at the University of Maryland from 1986 to 1988.
