Jennifer McCormack Vitelli, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of the Look. Foundation, which focuses on supporting children and young adults affected by infection-triggered neuroinflammatory disorders. Since July 2019, Jennifer has co-led and co-founded the Massachusetts Coalition for PANDAS/PANS Legislation, successfully advocating for significant legislative measures in Massachusetts. Jennifer's extensive experience includes a tenure as the Director of Recreation for the Town of Scituate, where management encompassed one of the largest municipal recreation departments on the South Shore. As a founding board member of the NEW ENGLAND PANS PANDAS ASSOCIATION INC, Jennifer played a key role in organizing educational conferences on PANS/PANDAS awareness. Additionally, Jennifer co-founded Own A Legend, which raised nearly $1 million for charity. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Merrimack College and an MBA in Public Administration from Anna Maria College.

Foundation supports children and young adults impacted by infection triggered neuroinflammatory disorders (e.g., PANS/PANDAS) through personal support, community-wide education, education, training, advocacy and grants. We strive to improve access to proper diagnosis and treatment, bringing hope and healing to struggling families. Vision Statement: The Look. Foundation envisions a future where every child and young adult affected by infection-triggered neuroinflammation (PANS and PANDAS) have equal access to: Swift and appropriate diagnosis, treatment and care Essential support from schools, communities and medical providers What are PANS & PANDAS? They recognize that to enact widespread change in how infectionious triggered neuroinflammation can cause mental health symptoms are addressed, diagnosed, treated, funded, and researched, collaboration is key. Together, under the newly named Foundation, they are dedicated to redefining the course of mental health by ensuring no child or young adult with PANS/PANDAS is missed. Our goal is to serve as a catalyst for change in how infectious-triggered neuropsychiatric disorders are approached, treated, researched, and financially supported. It is crucial for healthcare providers to Look. for potential infectious and inflammatory triggers as potential causes for mental health and behavioral symptoms in children and young adults.
