Roy Stephens is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and management roles. Currently serving as a Director at I Need Now Ltd since January 2020, Roy oversees the supply of vintage scents and fragrances. As an IT Field Technician at Lookers plc since May 2016, responsibilities include supporting various IT systems, troubleshooting hardware issues, and installing IT infrastructure across locations.
