Yana Zhadan

Yana Zhadan is a seasoned People Operations Specialist at LoopMe since September 2021, where responsibilities include mentoring junior HR team members, managing the HRIS database, and leading employee performance reviews and compensation cycles. Previously, as a People Operations Coordinator, Yana managed global onboarding and offboarding processes and implemented a new HRIS system. Yana's earlier experience includes managing customer success at Stopfail, teaching English at Skyeng and Linguacats, and providing entertainment services at Dessole Sea Lion Beach Resort and Spa. Yana holds a Master's degree in Translation and Linguistic Training of Foreigners from Oles Honchar Dnipro National University and a Bachelor's degree in Philology from Dnipro National University of Railway Transport.
