Dr.-Ing. Larissa Zirkel is an experienced Application Technology Manager specializing in Advanced Release Solutions, currently serving at Loparex since March 2020, and has previously held similar positions at Infiana from January 2015 to February 2020. Dr. Zirkel's expertise encompasses the strategic development of functional films for various markets, including healthcare, automotive, in-mould labelling, building and construction, and biofilms. Prior to this, Dr. Zirkel was the R&D Manager for Technical Markets and Specialty Packaging at Huhtamaki from April 2010 to December 2014, focusing on innovative film development and customer technical support. Dr. Zirkel holds a Doctorate in Materials Science and a Diplom-Ingenieur in Materials Science from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, completing the latter in 2004.
