Eddie Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Eddie began their career in 1983 at UPS where they served as an Area Personnel Supervisor, responsible for staffing, orientation, and training. In 1996, they joined TSR Wireless/American Paging as a Regional HR Manager, handling employee relations, staffing, and benefits. Eddie then moved on to the Department of Rehabilitation Services Oklahoma as an HR Administrator from 2000 to 2002. Currently, they are working at Lopez Foods, Inc as the Director of Human Resources since 2002. In this role, Eddie is responsible for leading the HR function for the McDonald's manufacturing plant, managing a 1 million dollar budget, and overseeing various departments such as payroll, security, administrative services, safety, risk management, benefits, and community and vendor relations.

Eddie Rodriguez obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Nazarene University from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the same university from 1988 to 1990. Eddie also attended the University of Oklahoma from 1981 to 1985, studying Petroleum Engineering. Additionally, they obtained the certification of SPHR from the HR Certification Institute in 2004.
