Tyler Rosen is a seasoned food technologist currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist at Lopez Foods, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tyler held various positions at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc., including Training Administrator, Food Technologist, and Associate Food Technologist from September 2019 to September 2022. Tyler's journey in the food industry began at Ajinomoto North America, Inc., where involvement as a Brand Ambassador and Food Technician facilitated skills in product development and food science. Earlier experience includes working as a Kajiwara Cook and Blender Operator at Ajinomoto Windsor, Inc., and serving as a Chef at Shore Fire Grille. Educational qualifications include culinary training from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts and studies in Food Science at Rutgers University.
