LOR Foundation

Listening first, LOR works with rural communities in the Mountain West to enhance livability and prosperity while preserving the character that makes each community unique. We live and work in the rural communities we serve. We have a personal connection to the culture and people, the opportunities and landscape. That’s why we know what it means to be rural. We get it.
