Daniel Read is an experienced research analyst currently at LOR Foundation, focusing on measurement and evaluation to highlight life in rural communities across the Mountain West. Prior to this role, Daniel served as an evaluator and data consultant at Daniel Reads Data, designing systems for data collection and presentation. A senior research analyst at Denver Public Schools, Daniel specialized in afterschool programs, utilizing skills in evaluation design and geospatial analysis. Daniel also has experience as a graduate student in the science education research lab at the University of Virginia, and previously created English curricula for students in Japan through the JET program. Daniel holds a PhD in Education from the University of Virginia, an MEd in International Policy Analysis from Harvard University, and a BA in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.
