Janene DeSantis Winstead is an accomplished interior designer with extensive experience in leading and managing interior architectural projects. Currently an Associate and Senior Interior Designer at Lord Aeck Sargent since October 2017, Janene has previously worked as a Senior Interior Project Designer at SfL+a Architects and as a Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager at Perkins+Will following the acquisition of The Freelon Group, where Janene served as a Senior Interior Designer. Earlier roles include Senior Interior Designer in the Healthcare Division at NBBJ and an Architectural Renovation Technician/Interior Designer at the University of North Carolina Hospitals. Janene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Kent State University and is a certified professional with credentials including ASID, IIDA, LEED AP, and NICDQ certification.
