A graduate of the ESCP Business School, Vincent Boinay joined L’Oréal in 1992 after two years as a member of the International Volunteer Program (VIE) at L’Oréal Belgium.
He started his 27-year career at L’Oréal as Area Manager for Lancôme, in Travel Retail Europe, before being promoted to Managing Director of L’Oréal Travel Retail Europe in 1998.
In 2000, he moved to the position of International Business Development Director for Lancôme, and then was given the responsibility of General Manager of Biotherm, Cacharel & Guy Laroche France in 2004.
In 2007, Vincent was transferred to Japan to become Vice President of Nihon L'Oréal in charge of the Luxury Division.
He then returned to Paris in January 2012, to set up the Retail Excellence Program for the L'Oréal Luxe Division worldwide.
Since 2015, he is Managing Director of L'Oréal Travel Retail Worldwide.
