Dr. Nancy Williams has extensive work experience within the healthcare industry. From 2009 to 2023, they worked at Crouse Hospital as the Director of the Office of Patient Experience and Logistics. In May 2023, they joined Loretto as the Chief People Officer.
Dr. Nancy Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Syracuse University, which they completed between 1997 and 1999.
