Susan Schmidt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and application management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Loretto since August 2012, Susan is responsible for researching, planning, and coordinating software and system solutions to fulfill organizational needs, with a focus on supporting Finance and Human Resources. Prior to this role, Susan worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 1992 to 2010, first as a Business Applications Manager, overseeing the System Life Cycle for in-house applications and leading business application development, and previously as an Associate Research Scientist, validating immunoassays and supporting toxicological studies. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Wells College, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
