Matthew Bauer currently serves as the Creative Director for Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) since September 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew co-founded Rosewood Creative, a creative agency, and held the position of Chief Creative Officer from June 2013 to January 2023. Matthew's experience includes significant contributions in digital brand marketing at Nike, where recognition as a member of the Nike New Crew in 2013 highlighted Matthew’s leadership potential. Earlier roles include Online/E-Commerce Marketing Manager at Rip Curl, where Matthew launched the brand's first E-Commerce Store, and Online Editor for Surfing Magazine, managing all digital content. Matthew began the career in digital marketing at Action Sports Group as an intern and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Advertising from Rider University.
