Jonathan Wei, MBA, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in data analysis, employee relations, and benefits administration. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority since June 2019, Jonathan has previously held positions including Human Resources Analyst at the Southern California Association of Governments and HRIS Data Analyst at Commerce Casino. Jonathan's expertise encompasses HR metrics, automated reporting, and compliance, alongside leadership roles in employee relations and performance management. Jonathan's career initiated as a manager and instructor at Wung Lee Taekwondo Center, where significant revenue growth and student retention were achieved. Jonathan holds an MBA in Leadership and Organization from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Psychology from UC Irvine.
