Katie Blackburn is a seasoned training and development professional with extensive experience in various industries, including nonprofit, finance, and food service. Currently serving as the Data Integrity and Training Manager at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority since February 2019, Katie leads a training team focused on fostering a culture of inclusion and high performance while designing impactful training curricula. Previously, Katie held corporate training roles at Westlake Financial Services and PizzaRev, driving leadership development initiatives and creating comprehensive training programs. With a background as a Business Consultant for Subway Development of San Diego, Katie has demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and customer service metrics. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Emperors College and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Business and Spanish from San Diego State University.
