Xitlaly Garcia

Xitlaly Garcia currently serves as the Employment Systems Coordinator at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority since May 2024. Prior to this role, Xitlaly held the position of Associate Director of Employment Programs at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH) from January 2015 to May 2024, where responsibilities included program management and oversight, administrative contract management, coordinating participant services, ensuring program compliance, and evaluating service effectiveness. Xitlaly has also worked as a Program Manager for Veteran Employment and as an Employment Specialist. Xitlaly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
