Larena Ryan

LaRena Ryan has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service & Call Center Operations at Los Angeles Times since July 2020. Prior to this role, LaRena held the position of Head of Customer Care for the Americas at Bugaboo from June 2014 to July 2020. LaRena also contributed to Sensa Products as the Sr. Director of Customer Experience from March 2011 to September 2013, and earlier worked at TechStyle Fashion Group, known as Intelligent Beauty, as the Director of Customer Service from June 2006 to March 2011.
