Lote 23

For the past five years, Lote 23 has held and nurtured numerous food concepts in our gastronomic park in the heart of Santurce. Some of those businesses started in the park have successfully opened in other locations and expanded. Looking to increase our work and create greater impact, we became a non-profit with the mission to create opportunities for chefs, producers, and entrepreneurs in Puerto Rico’s food industry. Now the businesses in our gastronomic park are also participants of our incubator allowing us to offer them education, resources, and mentorship to successfully grow their businesses.
