Sonja Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently, Sonja serves as the Chief People & Communications Officer and previously held the role of General Manager, People & Culture at Lotto New Zealand since March 2018. Prior to this, Sonja worked at Fairfax Media as the Organisational Development Manager and held positions at Fisher & Paykel Appliances as the Global Organisational Development Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Opus International Consultants as Acting NZ HR Manager and Global Organisational Development Manager, as well as HR Manager for Australia. Sonja's early career includes significant roles at Unilever as HR Manager for Australia and New Zealand and at Duxton Hotel Group as National HR Manager for New Zealand from 2006 to 2007.
