Jeff Pohjola is a seasoned reporter with extensive experience in journalism, currently serving as a reporter for KNWN (Northwest Newsradio) since September 2021 and with ABC News since February 2012, focusing on national interest stories in the northwest. Previous roles include reporting for KOMO News with Sinclair Broadcast Group, where tenures spanned from September 2015 to September 2021, and significant experience at Cherry Creek Radio as News Director, overseeing the news department and earning seven Edward R. Murrow Awards for journalistic excellence. Pohjola's career began in broadcasting with positions at Bonneville International and CBS News, among others, demonstrating a robust background in various facets of news reporting and production. Jeff Pohjola holds an AAS degree in Communications and Behavioral Science from Columbia Basin College.
