Hoa Thanh Le has a diverse work experience in the fields of microelectronics, nanotechnology, and nanoengineering. They are currently working as the Technology Manager and Co-Founder at Lotus Microsystems, a new contender in the Global Microelectronics Industry. Prior to this, they worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at DTU - Technical University of Denmark and later as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University, where their research focused on nanotechnology and nanoengineering. They also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at DTU Nanolab, specializing in microfabrication and micromachining. Hoa Thanh Le began their career as a PhD Candidate at the Technical University of Denmark, focusing on microfabrication technology and packaging technology for integrated switched-mode power supplies. They also gained research experience as a Visiting Researcher at Tyndall National Institute and as a Researcher at the University of South-Eastern Norway, where they worked on projects involving electrical characterization, reliability testing, and optimal design and fabrication of microdevices.

Hoa Thanh Le pursued their education chronologically, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, which they completed from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Micro and Nano Systems Technology from the University of South-Eastern Norway between 2012 and 2014. Finally, they enrolled in DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nanofabrication - Power electronics from 2014 to 2017.
