Vorawan Phianlikhitwong has a strong background in marketing, with experience in various companies and roles. Vorawan started their career at Unilever in 1998, where they worked as a Commercial Manager, Brand Manager, and eventually became a Regional Brand Manager. In 2006, they joined PepsiCo as a Group Product Manager and later transitioned to the role of Marketing Manager. In 2010, they joined Big C Supercenter as the Director of Marketing Strategy. Vorawan then moved to Pizza Hut, where they served as the Chief Marketing Officer and eventually became the Managing Director. Currently, Vorawan holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Tesco Lotus.

Vorawan Phianlikhitwong holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Finance from The University of British Columbia, which they completed from 1996 to 1997. Vorawan also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Finance & Strategy from Thammasat University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, completing the program in 2002.
