Adebayo Ajibade

Adebayo Ajibade is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Loubby AI, Adebayo focuses on building advanced remote work infrastructure powered by AI for global employment, primarily targeting emerging markets in Africa. As the Founder & Managing Director of DivVerse LLC, Adebayo oversees an offshore technology consulting practice that provides software development and digital transformation services across North America. Previous positions include Senior Engineering Leader at Meta, where Adebayo managed data access compliance for third-party applications, and a number of engineering roles at Facebook, Instagram, General Motors, and Accenture, among others. Adebayo holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University and completed coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
