Steve Schaffer

Steve Schaffer is a seasoned strategy advisor and independent board director with extensive experience supporting startups and early-stage companies since April 2016. Schaffer collaborates with CEOs and founders on various aspects of growth, including strategy, fundraising, and operations. An accomplished public speaker, Schaffer frequently addresses topics related to business strategy, entrepreneurship, marketing, and product development. In addition, Schaffer serves as an advisor to multiple organizations, including CountertopSmart and LoudCrowd, and holds a board member position at FIRST in Texas, focusing on enhancing accessibility for low-income and underrepresented students in robotics. Schaffer also contributes as a mentor and venture partner at Capital Factory and Techstars, and as an investor with AngelList and NextGen Venture Partners.
