Dr. Marcus White

Dr. Marcus White, PhD, M.Ed, MSHHP, currently serves as a Senior Advisory and Statistical Analyst at C Future LLC, focusing on workforce engagement and employee relations. In parallel, Dr. White leads Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts at Loudoun County Public Schools, conducting social assessments and facilitating training initiatives. Previous roles in education include positions as an educator, curriculum coordinator, and department chair in various school systems, emphasizing cultural responsiveness and instructional strategies.
