William Wohead

William Wohead, P.E., CEM, currently serves as the Director of Facilities Operations for Loudoun County Public Schools, a position held since August 2021. With a strong background in engineering and facilities management, Wohead has previously held key roles such as Director of Operations at Naval Construction Group ONE, where oversight of 4,900 personnel and strategic development of expeditionary operations were central responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Public Works and Infrastructure at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, managing an extensive public works department, and directing design and construction projects for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. Wohead's military career also encompasses various leadership roles, such as Operations Officer and Company Commander, coupled with a solid educational foundation in Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University and Trine University, respectively.
