Melissa Webster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process improvement and logistics management within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as Business Process Improvement Manager at Louis Dreyfus Company since August 2015, Melissa has held multiple managerial roles including Manager of Domestic Purchase and Sales in Memphis, and previously managed inventory and sales management at Allenberg Cotton Company. Melissa’s career began at Allenberg Cotton, where roles progressed from Senior Domestic Logistics Coordinator to Mexico Logistics Execution Supervisor and eventually to Manager of Inventory, Sales Management, and Domestic Logistics. Melissa earned an Associate of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Southwest Tennessee Community College from 2013 to 2017.
