Tommy Williams has extensive experience in governmental affairs, currently serving as the Executive Director of Governmental Affairs at LCTCS since August 2008, where responsibilities include coordinating the organization's legislative agenda. Previously, Tommy held the position of Vice President-Regulatory and External Affairs at BellSouth from January 2003 to October 2006, focusing on lobbying efforts with the Louisiana Public Service Commission and the Louisiana Congressional Delegation in Washington, DC. Tommy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Presbyterian College, attended from 1960 to 1964.
