Andy Aucoin is an experienced engineering technician with a background spanning over 17 years in civil and structural design and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Technician DCL at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development since November 2020, Andy has previously held positions including Senior Project Technician at T. Baker Smith and Project Technician at CAPTEC Engineering, Inc. Andy’s extensive experience in engineering and design roles includes work with Jacobs Engineering and Construction, LLC, and additional roles at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. Andy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Civil/Structural Design from I.T.I Technical College.
