Euphemia Renee' Smith

Euphemia Renee' Smith, MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Business Analytics Specialist at the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development since February 2017, where responsibilities include managing statewide tolling systems and consulting on electronic toll collection data management. With a diverse career spanning roles such as DBE/SBE Certification Program Manager and Independent Travel Agent, Euphemia has developed strong competencies in program management, business analytics, and customer service. Educational achievements include an MBA from Purdue Global and a PhD in Business Administration from Capella University. Additional training includes participation in the IBTTA Leadership Academy.
