Cassie Nicholas has a diverse work experience in various industries. Cassie started their career as an Assistant Manager at Uttam London in 2009 and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Style Advisor at Harvey Nichols. In 2011, they also founded their own business, Dig Haüshizzle, where they were the Owner.
Cassie later became a Photographer at Harvey Nichols in 2020, and then an Interior Designer at Dorsett Hospitality International from December 2018 to June 2019. Cassie also worked as a Freelance Photographer for Matthew Williamson in December 2018.
In 2020, Cassie started working as an Interior Designer at Hips Social, and as a Website Designer and Manager for Matthew Williamson. Currently, they hold the position of Creative Design Manager for Loungers plc and will be starting as their Co Creative Director in January 2023.
Cassie Nicholas attended Monmouth Comprehensive School from 1998 to 2005. Cassie then studied at Solent University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fashion with Photography.

The Loungers business comprises three distinct but complementary brands: Lounge café-bar, Cosy Club bar and dining concept, and Brightside roadside dining. In the 52-week period ending 16 April 2023, Loungers' reported 2022/23 revenue of £283.5 million and adjusted EBITDA of £47.3 million. The group also opened 29 new sites in this period. Established in 2002, Loungers is an award-winning, all-day neighbourhood café-bar and dining business. Co-founded by three friends – Alex Reilley (Chairman), Jake Bishop (Commercial Director) and David Reid, wanting to create a neighbourhood café-bar they would want to go to, it has grown rapidly since its inception.
