Paul Toliver

Paul Toliver has extensive experience in logistics and transportation, currently serving as a Consultant and Sr Specialist at Loup Logistics since September 2022. Previously, Paul spent over twelve years at Union Pacific Railroad, where roles included Agreement Professional, Manager of EDI & Haz Mat Administration, and Ecommerce Manager. Earlier in their career, Paul worked as a Data Security Analyst at Union Pacific Railroad from January 2007 to November 2009, and held the position of CTS Manager for Small Business Sales & Service at CenturyLink from May 2002 to October 2006. Paul began the professional journey at TD Ameritrade as a Credit Risk Analyst from March 1998 to April 2002. Academically, Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Vista College.
