William J. Bisset

William Bisset, PhD, currently serves as the President and CEO of Lourdes University, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, William was the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs at Marymount University from January 2020 to June 2023. William's extensive background in enrollment management includes a long tenure at Manhattan College as Vice President for Enrollment Management from July 1997 to January 2020, and earlier positions such as Director of Admissions at Assumption College and Assistant Director of Admissions at Saint Anselm College. William earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Leadership, Management and Policy from Seton Hall University, a Master of Education in Education Leadership, Policy, Planning from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Anselm College.
