Aurore Mercier

Aurore Mercier has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Talent & Learning for Development Director at Louvre Hotels Group since April 2013. In this role, Aurore has held various titles, including Directrice Talent Management and Responsable Ressources Humaines for both the headquarters and operations. Prior to this, Aurore worked at Europcar France from April 2004 to March 2013, where responsibilities included Responsable Ressources Humaines and Chargée de Recrutement et Mobilité Interne. Aurore holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, obtained from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne between 2000 and 2003.
