Jaime Fernández

Jaime Fernández is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and People Analytics at Lovehoney Group since February 2023, Jaime previously held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition Tech at AUTO1 Group from November 2020 to December 2022. Early career experiences include positions at Zattoo as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and various roles at AUTO1 Group, including Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Jaime's recruitment expertise is further complemented by experience as a Trilingual Recruitment Consultant at French Selection UK and HR roles at Dental Global Management and several consulting positions. An educational background in Psychology culminated with a Master of Science in Occupational & Business Psychology from Kingston University, along with specialized training in human resource management and coaching from Universidad de Oviedo and Constanza Business and Protocol School.
