Phillip Hoegel

Phil Hoegel is an experienced production technician currently employed at AMB Sports and Entertainment since January 2023. Previously, Phil held various roles at CNN from November 2013 to February 2023, including senior audio engineer, audio designer I, and video journalist. Prior to that, Phil worked in restaurant marketing and promotion at Blue Moon Pizza, focusing on brand awareness and marketing campaigns. Additional experience includes freelance consulting with Fisheye Media Productions, serving as production manager at Blue Creek Productions, and interning as a production assistant at Digico Media Productions. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Arts from James Madison University and an Advanced Studies diploma in Broadcast/Journalism from Broad Run High School.
