Will Spong

Will Spong has worked in various roles throughout their career. Will started at Unum in 2001 as a Sales Consultant and remained in that position until 2006. Will then joined The Hartford as a Sales Consultant until 2008. In 2008, they joined Brown and Brown Insurance as the Vice President of Employee Benefits, where they worked until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Market Leader at CBIZ. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President at Lovitt & Touché | Marsh McLennan Agency, a position they have held since 2016. In 2023, they took on the additional role of Managing Director of Employee Health & Benefits, Arizona.
