Alan Chamorro

Alan leads commercial property development, investment, and management in Northern California and the Denver metro area. Among his current projects is a multifamily development in his hometown of Oakland, and mixed-use development for Santa Clara County. During his 16 years with Grosvenor, he completed $1 billion of transactions in Northern and Southern California. He is a California licensed professional engineer and active with ULI, serving as co-chairman of the sponsorship committee and board member of the San Francisco District Council. He is a member of NAIOP and ICSC and on the Board of Trustees for Redwood Day School.
