Kathe Copeland has held two significant roles in their work experience. From 2006 onwards, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Lowry Computer Products. In this position, they had full P&L responsibility for $32 million in cost of sales and managed a diverse team of managers, engineers, customer service representatives, assemblers, and clerks. Before that, from 1997 to 2005, they worked as the Vice President at Digitron Packaging, where they oversaw HR, Operations, Quality, and IT. The company had an annual revenue of $30 million, an AS400 system, and a large workforce of 350 union employees.
Kathe Copeland pursued their education from 1994 to 1996 at Cleary University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
