Shane Miller

Shane Miller is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Loxo since July 2025. Previously, Shane held the position of Head of Product Design at BetterCloud, where a complete overhaul of design processes for a web SaaS management product took place. As Lead Product Designer at Upbound, Shane directed product design for a complex B2B web product focused on Kubernetes infrastructure. Shane's earlier experience includes roles such as Design Manager and Senior Product Designer at Labelbox, where design innovation was led across multiple facets, and as Senior Founding Designer at Rill Data, contributing to a real-time analytics product that garnered significant venture capital funding. Earlier in the career, Shane was the UX Lead at Ubiquiti Inc., guiding design for the successful UniFi Protect product line, and a User Experience Designer at Subsplash, improving an app-builder platform for millions of users. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the University of Washington and a Leadership Principles Certificate from Harvard Business School Online.
