Prior to this role, Eduards held various positions at PINS.co, including Customer Experience Manager, where responsibilities included managing member services, conducting training, and improving customer satisfaction metrics. With a solid foundation in business administration from RISEBA University, Eduards has also contributed to operational activities and quality control at Lux Express Group, enhancing customer engagement and service delivery.
