Mitesh Kapadia

Mitesh Kapadia currently serves as Vice President and Head of Data Science & Analytics at Loylty Rewardz Management Pvt Ltd since June 2022, leading a multidisciplinary team of over 25 professionals focused on leveraging data science and AI to enhance loyalty programs. Previously, Mitesh held the position of Associate Director at Deloitte from October 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included leading the Data Science and Advanced Analytics team and managing significant client accounts in the firm's Risk advisory function. Mitesh also served as a Senior Consultant and Analytics Lead at Fractal Analytics, contributing to the implementation of critical analytics solutions for various clients, including a notable loyalty program in the Middle East and healthcare performance optimization in the U.S. Early career experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst and Business Analyst, following an MBA in Marketing from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering and Technology.
