Tim Love

Tim Love serves as the Executive Director for Equity & Compliance and Title IX Coordinator at Loyola University Chicago, where a centralized equity compliance unit was launched under Tim's leadership to promote a safe and inclusive environment for students, faculty, and staff. With a career at Loyola spanning over 15 years, Tim has held various roles including Associate Dean of Students and Assistant Dean and Director of the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution, where Tim ensured compliance with key legislation and oversaw student conduct administration. Previous experience includes managing residence operations at Baumhart Hall and serving as a Coordinator for Risk Management at Texas State University. Tim holds a Doctor of Law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, a Master of Science in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature and International Studies from Loyola University Chicago. Tim is also a certified mediator through the Center for Conflict Resolution.
