Jorge Benites has extensive work experience in various roles related to auditing and instruction in quality management systems. Jorge has worked as an IATF Lead Auditor for LRQA and Intertek since 2023 and 2022 respectively. Prior to that, they served as the Executive President for BCC SA and as a Lead Auditor for SAI Global Assurance. Jorge also has experience in the automotive industry, having worked as a Senior Instructor for General Motors and GM Colmotores. Jorge has also held positions as a lead auditor and accredited instructor for SEI Consulting Group. Additionally, Jorge has worked as a Senior Instructor for CEC-EPN Centro de Educación Continua Politécnica Nacional and as an Auditor Leader for Fundação Vanzolini. Jorge also worked as a consultant for the United Nations Development Program. Overall, Jorge has demonstrated expertise in quality management systems, particularly IATF 16949, and has a strong background in instruction and auditing.
Jorge Benites attended Universidad Tecnologia America from 1998 to 2005 and studied Mechanical Engineering. Jorge also obtained the certification "Auditor Líder Esquema automotriz" from IATF Global Oversight in 2017.
