Kimberly (Dustman) Garro, PhD has had a diverse work experience. Kimberly started their career in 2009 as a Government Affairs Intern at Boston Scientific. In 2009, they also worked as an Editorial Intern at Progressive Business Publications. In 2010, Kimberly served as a Strategic Implementation Intern at Lancaster General Health. From 2010 to the present, they have been associated with the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), initially as a Research Associate and currently as the Research Analytics Manager. In their role at LSAC, they have been involved in various research projects, managing and completing data analysis and visualization tasks using SAS, SQL, Excel, and R. Additionally, they have provided support to stakeholders in the Social Science Research department. In 2018, they briefly served as a Board Member and Grantmaking Chair at The Spruce Foundation. Overall, Kimberly's work experience showcases their expertise in research, data analysis, and project management.

Kimberly (Dustman) Garro, PhD pursued their education chronologically as follows. Kimberly obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, with a major in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Quantitative Research Methodology from the University of Pennsylvania between 2011 and 2014. Finally, Kimberly earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education with a focus on Statistics and Measurement from Rutgers University, completing their studies from 2018 to 2023.
