Gretchen Stein currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Research Development & Operations at LSU College of Science since September 2019. With extensive experience at Louisiana State University, Gretchen has held positions including Director of Administrative Services and Associate Director of Research Advancement. Prior roles at Louisiana State University included Grants Specialist, and earlier experience includes serving as an Instructor at Georgia State University and as a Member Services representative at Peninsula Fine Arts Center. Gretchen earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University.
