Sankalpa Das

Sankalpa Das is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at L&T-Cloudfiniti since December 2021, Sankalpa previously held the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources in the same company. Prior to this role, Sankalpa was the Manager of HR and Administration at SNEHA from February 2021 to December 2021, and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Theoriat Services between July 2020 and February 2021. An early career included a Human Resources internship at Licious and a Junior Manager role at JSW Steel from October 2015 to June 2018. Sankalpa holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and an Engineer’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur.
